Skyline Business Centre began with a constrained site and a client who needed a workspace that felt open rather than compressed. The design team reorganized the floor plates around daylight, circulation, and long-term tenant flexibility.
During construction, the biggest challenge was sequencing facade work without slowing interior fit-out. Close coordination between site teams and suppliers kept the build moving, resulting in a crisp office environment ready for multiple business uses.
